Mature English Stilton bound in mayonnaise topped with crisp smoked bacon on a pillow of dressed salad

Flowers for my Lady

Cauliflower and Leek soup, served piping hot to your table

Seafood Symphony

Plump Atlantic Prawns and Smoked Salmon unite to create this duo served with crisp dressed salad leaves

Wild Affair

Pan fried garlic mushrooms en croute

Main Course

No Cowboys Allowed

Rib of beef magnificent local farm slow roasted rib of beef topped with Diane sauce and served with seasonal vegetables & potato

Chicken (don't be, go on pop the question!)

English chicken breast roasted & served with red wine & mushroom jus with seasonal vegetables & potato

Hot From The Orient

Thai green curry select from either seafood to include prawns haddock salmon & cod or medallions of rump steak served with basmati rice

Between the Sheets

Stilton & garlic mushroom tagliatelli bound with white wine & cream

Love Boat

Huge king prawns flambé in white wine and brandy topped with peppers and onion served with basmati rice

Dessert

Baileys Lumpy Bumpy or Chocalate Lumpy Bumpy

Topped with fresh strawberries and cream

Caramel Apple Betty served warm with custard or ice cream

Cheese

Stilton or cheddar & biscuits served with white grapes

Boogie nights; disco music played in the lounge bar in the evening until late

In holiday gown, and my new fangled hat,
